Clay Carson

Clay is a husband (married for 15 years), father to two amazing girls (8 and 6), the Campus Pastor at Liberty Church in Pace, FL, a follower of Jesus, and an avid sneakerhead. 

Born in Memphis, TN, Clay grew up as the oldest of four boys with a loving mom and dad. After high school, Clay attended Baylor University in Waco, TX, before moving to the south side of Chicago, IL, to spend a year serving in an inner-city gang and violence-prevention ministry. After this, he worked as a youth pastor for 10 years, starting in rural Oklahoma before moving back to the west side of Chicago for six years. He graduated from Moody Bible Institute with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. A diverse array of friendships and experiences has helped shape his perspective on life, family, culture, and Jesus.

With 18 years of leadership experience in both ministry and sales, Clay is passionate about empowering others to cultivate both spiritual and personal growth.
